Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G Launched with Gaming & Camera Centric Phone

Realme has launched its budget-friendly smartphone, the Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G. Its chances of success in the Indian market are high because it is the only phone for Rs 19,999 that offers full features. There was no good smartphone for gaming and photography under Rs 20,000 in the Indian market, which increases the chances of Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G being successful.

Realme has launched its latest 5G smartphone, the Realme Narzo 70 Pro, on March 19, 2024. Focused on gaming and camera, this phone comes with a powerful processor. This phone has Mediatek Dimensity 7050 (6 nm) processor, which is considered very good for gaming. Its competition is Vivo’s Vivo T3 smartphone, which offers the same features in the same price range. Talking about the feature that makes Realme special, it has been given “Air Gesture” through which users will be able to control the phone with their fingers in the air without touching the phone. However, this feature is not as practical as it is being talked about.

Realme’s new mid-range phone is going to compete with the Redmi Note 13, Poco X6 Neo, iQOO Z9 5G, and Nothing Phone 2a in its category. There are some special features that set it apart.

Realme Narzo 70 Pro Display

For display, it has a 6.67″ 1080×2400 pixels and 120Hz AMOLED display which supports HDR10+, 600 nits, and 2000 nits (peak). The quality of the display is quite good, and the colours are also accurate. While surfing or watching videos on YouTube. There is a slight delay, in which a gap of a few seconds is observed. The 120Hz display is quite smooth which is quite good for gaming purposes.

Heavy gaming like PUBG, COD, and Palworld can be done easily on this display at FHD- 120Hz peak. While gaming, the phone does heat up slightly but it is not so much that the phone faces any problem due to it. In case of excessive heat, the frame rate reduces, which helps the phone to remain stable. It also has a cooling feature for heating the phone. The phone has 3D VC Cooling System which helps in keeping the phone cool up to 7 layers. Adopting a 4356.52mm² VC Cooling System quickly cools the heat generated from the motherboard which enhances gaming and keeps the system cool and helps maintain frame rates.

Processor and Operating System

Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G has Mediatek’s Dimensity 7050 (6 nm) processor and Realme’s own Realme UI 5.0 along with Android 14. Dimensity 7050 is considered good for gaming among mid range phones which is suitable for playing medium heavy games. Gamers who cannot afford expensive phones or systems can buy this phone. For heavy games, it has Dimensity 7050 and Adopting a 4356.52mm² VC Cooling System for cooling, which differentiates it from other phones.


For storage, the phone has 8 + 8 GB RAM and 128 and 256 GB storage. The storage of the phone is limited only till 256, the option of expandable storage is also not given so that the users can expand it as per their convenience by inserting SD card. Users may also have to use cloud storage.

Talking about the type of RAM storage, the phone has 8GB LPDDR4X RAM of dynamic RAM. This means that you can virtually expand 8GB RAM by making it 16GB dynamic RAM. This will increase the performance of the phone and help in gaming.

Camera & Performance

Realme has attracted attention towards gaming, processors, and cameras. It is going to give tough competition to other phones in the mid-range smartphone category. Realme is also known for its good cameras, which provide good performance even at such a low price. There is a 3-camera setup in the rear and a single camera setup in the front.

Talking about the rear camera setup, Sony’s IMX890 OIS sensor has been installed, which is best for low light and photography. However, many tech guys have tested the camera with the rest of the same range, and the camera of Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G was clicking good photos in every condition.

Thanks to Sony’s IMX890 OIS sensor, photos are being clicked sharply and steadily. Because OIS is supported, the phone is best for stable photography.
