In terms of benchmarks, the Snapdragon’s processor marginally surpasses the Dimensity 9300 in AnTuTu, although the Dimensity 9300 scores higher in Geekbench multi-core. But real-world performance is not often reflected in benchmarks.
When it comes to ongoing performance evaluation, The Vivo X00 with the Dimensity 9300 scored 79% and the IQOO 12 with the SD 8 Gen 3 got 82% stability in a 40-thread CPU throttle test. The Vivo X00 actually outperformed the IQOO 12 in the 3D Mark Wildlife stress test (70.9% vs. 66.2%) in terms of GPU stability. The Vivo X00 did, however, also become hotter and lose more battery life.
Both SoCs showed excellent performance in real-world gaming tests. Both phones maintained an average frame rate of 59.8 FPS in a 1-hour Genshin Impact test at the highest settings and 60 FPS.

The SD 8 Gen 3 is slightly more powerful in benchmarks, but the Dimensity 9300 has better sustained GPU performance. However, the Dimensity 9300 also runs hotter and loses more battery life.
